2024 Texas Black Womxn Reproductive Justice Summit

Drawing from bell hooks 1993 book, "Sister of the Yam" this workshop ignites connections between transformational healing, systemic policy, and community development. Participants will be led to rekindle strategies for our enduring reproductive, economic, and gender freedoms. Through ceremony and practice, we recall ancestral and imagine futuristic healing-ways, chart paths against past and present inequities, and link restorative practices for personal well- being to fuel our collective liberation.
